Product Description
These are reinforced tile backer boards that can be used with all undertile heating systems. Bond to concrete or screed floor using a flexible tile adhesive or can be screwed to timber or board floors. Can be used with either under tile mat or loose cable heating kits.
Correct insulation forms an integral part of any properly designed and well installed underfloor heating system.
Ambient recommend and supply these insulated tile backing boards for use with our under tile heating cables and mats.

Installation
Concrete Subfloors
When installing any type of tile backer board onto concrete sub floor we recommend using Ultra™ Flexible Tile Adhesive, please make sure the floor is primed with a suitable primer before installation.
Wood subfloors
When installing onto wooden floors we recommend using a Ambient insulation fixing pack or suitable screws and washers. Screws and washers must be fixed at minimum 300mm centers. This is approx 15 fixing per boards.
